The Cove's common grounds feature an approximate 50 acres with two spring-fed lakes, streams, waterfalls, meadows, fruit orchards, grape vineyards, a guest cabin and over five miles of beautiful walking trails.

The Cove, cradled between two mountains, is home to wild deer, turkey, squirrels, racoon, grouse, fox and other woodland creatures. However, for the safety of residents and visitors, hunting is strictly prohibited at Allegheny Cove.

Savor the harvest of apple, blueberry and blackberry orchards, in addition to grape vineyards. homeowners may gather these fresh fruits, which are typically available from June through early October.

Open for residents to reserve for visiting family and friends, this rustic log cabin is located near the entrance of the community. The home furnishings are comfortable, charming and inviting.
